Another must-see when in the Bay Area: Pettingell Book Bindery. Klaus-Ullrich S. Rötzscher runs Berkeley''s most prestigious book binding shop. I always stop in to snag some super-heavy duty hand-bound sketchbooks with custom foil stamping and to see what HerrRötzscher is up to.
