    this kinda remind me what we have here for bicycles.
    they are kind of laboratories where everyone can go and repair, build and tune vehicles.
    of course the Features are not that advanced like in places like this...but I think the mood is basically the same.

    this is an example in rome, but we have a lot of them here in milano , too. they call them Ciclofficine (almos like bikemill or something)
