The schoolgirl is named Strong Machine2. We had her perform at the RESFEST Tokyo closing night party in 2005, same year we screened this video.
She is equally awesome in this short film for Raindance FF:

Thanks Jonathan! Great insight. I never made the connection with the two video nor did I credit it properly.
I saw the polysics one night at Spaceland and was really into it.
I didn't quite have all her moves. One more credit: the video link was via Jeremy!
