Beloved

Great shirts and custom bikes from Portland based Beloved Cycles. Top notch craft coming out of PDX.
Yuichi Yokoyama's "Baby Boom"

I have a few copies of Yokoyama Yuichi's latest book, Baby Boom left for interested parties. 160 pages of two- and three-color overprinted marker drawing madness. The book is primarily wordless (katakana onomatopoeia sound effects included, however) and an excellent introduction to the work of Japan's leading contemporary avant garde manga artist. Yokoyama's work has been translated into English and published by PictureBox in the U.S. to great acclaim.
$35 postpaid (shipping included worldwide) for those that might be interested. Hit me up at ian(at)ianlynam.com if you are interested- that's my Paypal account ID, as well, should you want to go direct.
Super-duper-rad modular Japanese typography, awesome printing, and a rarity in the States for a while.

Natural Disasters

This is the best book I have read all year. Period. Full stop.
A compilation of zines by Al Burian. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Al is one of the most talented writers of my generation. If I didn't mean that, then I wouldn't have busted my ass publishing some of his work myself years ago and illicitly carted thousands of the damn things out the back door of Kinko's.
A perfect alternative to the artsy BS masquerading as "zines" in this day and age.

From Hyper Island

I'm tweeting from hyper island. I can hear Sam and Brian laughing right now. But seriously I think this crash course in digital will improve this site and build our community. That is my excuse at least.
